This Australian Christian folk singer is a breath of fresh air. Blondel is a sort of combination between Chris Martin and John Mayer with Christ at his core. There's not a whole lot more to say about him. His songs are good. If you like folk or Martin or Mayer or even some old school Nick Drake you will like Blondel. He's got talent. Check him out.
Good: so refreshing
Bad: he's in Australia so the chance of seeing him live anytime soon seem dim for those like me in the U.S.

sorry to burst your bubble, but he's not "Chris Martin and John Mayer with Christ at his core"....check out his last few posts on facebook....at present, he's wrestling with a lot of stuff.
He's a good muso, great kid, but a very confused one....don't go see him or buy his cds if you're looking for a christian, go if you like the music.....
Aaron - I didn't see the facebook posts you mentioned in your comment. Maybe I was looking in the wrong place. But, since when is someone who is "wrestling with a lot of stuff" suddenly not a Christian? This is a Christian entertainment blog. And, as far as I know that's what Blondel is -- a Christian entertainer.
